Maria Cameron was born in Bermuda. She migrated to the United States at the age of seven. She received her B.S.W in 1998 and has worked for the Department of Children and Families for 10 years. Since 1998, she has been a Care Group Leader and a mentor for adolescents, teens and young adults at The Family Worship Center, COGOP. Maria is actively involved in and committed to making a difference in lives of Youth. She is an Assistant Youth Director, Coordinator for FWC Dance Ministry, coordinator for various volunteer services in the local community and the founder and visionary for Ministering in Excellence Ministries. Maria’s passion is not only to work with young people but to train them to be effective leaders and teach them the importance of living holy lives devoted to God’s will, and giving their best to Him in EVERY area of their lives. A scripture that mirrors her mission is: “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers, in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity” (I Timothy 4:12 NIV). It is Maria’s earnest endeavor not only teach this word, but to live it and with God’s strength fulfill her destiny.
Monique Nicola Francis aka “Nikki” was born in Jamaica. She came to the United States at the age of four and has lived in Hartford, CT for the past 16 years. She is currently a sophomore at Southern Connecticut State University. Monique is determined to pursue her dreams. She is on her way to becoming an OB/GYN and giving back to her community and eventually the world. Monique began attending the Church of God of Prophecy at the age of six. She loves to do God’s work to the best of her ability. She has been involved in various ministries and programs within the local church including but not limited to: Voices of Praise Choir, Dynamic Youth Drama Ministries, volunteering and being an Administrative Assistant to the Anointed Praise Dance Ministry. Her life has been greatly impacted by her Care Group which she became actively involved in since she was 9 years old. She understands the vital importance of giving God her best in every area of her life. She desires to impact and therefore cause change in the life of every youth that enters her pathway thereby winning young souls for Christ. Her favorite inspirational verse is taken from Deuteronomy 31:6 (NIV) “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Patrici Cyre Gilchrist is a senior at the Southern Connecticut State University pursuing a dual major in Education and English with a minor in Criminal Justice Studies. She is determined to go to graduate school where she will obtain a master’s degree and then go to law school for three years to become a criminal lawyer. Her dream is to open her own Christian law firm and a community center for youths of all ages. Apart from being a dedicated member of the Ministering in Excellence executive board for five years, she is a member of Anointed Praise Dance Ministry and a member of the Youth Ministries Board. Patrici was crowned Miss Hartford 2006 at her church, Family Worship Center Church of God of Prophecy. Patrici looks forward with raw anticipation to continually manifest God's plan for her life.
Danielle Griffiths is a twenty year old native of Hartford, Connecticut. She is the elder of a set of twins and has a younger brother. Danielle is also an active member at Grace Tabernacle Church of God. She is also very active within her community and enjoys participating in sports. As a junior at the University of Connecticut, Danielle Griffiths tries to find a balance between work, school and church. Although the task proves challenging at times, she does not waver from doing what she can for the Lord. Being involved with Ministering in Excellence proved no different and she expects to learn as much as possible and do her best unto the Lord. She is looking forward to what God will do with this ministry and in her own life. Danielle aspires to become a pediatrician or a professor of psychology but her main goal is to allow God full access to every aspect of her life and be made into a true vessel of honor.
Jessica-Rena Shields, a devoted, determined, enthusiastic young lady who loves the Lord with all her heart and enjoys being in His presence. She is currently a sophomore at Nyack Christian College where she majors in Psychology. In church she continues to be active in various ministries such as Anointed Praise Dance Ministry, Voices of Praise Youth Choir, Care Group Leader, Praise and Worship Leader and Dance Instructor for Youthful Praise Dance Ministry. Jessica’s heart is to worship God and to give Him her best service. She is grateful for her loving parents who always encouraged her to stay in church and draw closer to God. Her life has been impacted greatly by the shepherd of the house Bishop Cecil Hume, Sr. who always encouraged her to pray without ceasing. At the age of 8, she gave her life to God under his powerful ministry. Jessica is thankful to God for her spiritual mother, Maria Cameron and other Mothers and Saints in Zion who walked in the way of Righteousness. To God Be All the Glory!!
Rev. Dianne Gardiner was born in the archipelagic nation of The Bahamas. She was ordained as a Minister of the gospel by the Executive Board of the International Third World Leaders Association (Nassau, Bahamas) in November 1997; Rev. is a much-in-demand Preacher/Teacher/Lecturer at Men’s, Women’s & Leadership conferences, Conferences, Revivals, and other Leadership & Motivational Symposiums in Corporations and nations around the world. She is a highly respected author of 3 books (her latest to be published December 07 – January 08), a spiritual coach, and mentor; a Ministerial/Business Consultant and Board of Director member for an East African Company. Governed by the adages, ‘Become addicted to constant and never-ending self improvement’ and ‘Alter your life by altering the attitude of your mind, she is the Chief Executive Officer of “DIANNE GARDINER MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL” and “DELERENE International Corporation”; two apostolic ‘kingdom building’ ministries, whose global presence is to effectively produce and promote change through spiritual, social/cultural, governmental/political/educational and economic revival & restoration, thereby impacting – with kingdom principles - generations now and future. Called of God as an Apostle, with a prophetic anointing to the nations, Rev. Gardiner has a three-fold, kingdom-mandate from the Lord upon her life. 1) to unveil & restore God’s kingdom order back into the Body of Christ; 2) To re-position each blood-washed saint into the strategic positions God has preordained for them to occupy in His kingdom (Market-place ministries included). 3) To preach and teach the unadulterated, uncut, uncensored, pure, true, liberating, delivering message of God’s kingdom to the nations. |
